PROJECT LOCATION
Lot 103 is located on the northeast corner of Pacific and Gateway. Lot 103 is located on the southwest corner of Pacifica and Gateway within Planning Area 33 (Irvine Spectrum Center).
REQUEST
The Project Applicant is requesting General Plan Amendment and Zone Change approvals to add 1,100 additional dwelling units in PA 33. The applicant intends to develop wrap-style apartment buildings with the requested applications. The additional units would increase the overall units in the planning area up to 5,456 dwelling units.
