The City of Irvine City Council and City staff are strongly committed to maintaining the highest level of transparency. Visibility into government actions and spending provides accountability and the City fulfills this role most effectively when activities are open and transparent to citizens. The City strives to practice fiscal responsible care for our resources and to provide exceptional public service. The Transparency Portal was created to provide a view of how funds are invested in the delivery of outstanding services which distinguishes Irvine as the number one ranked fiscal city in the nation. From this page, you can access budget documents, financial reports, pension information, as well as interact with an innovative financial data tool to explore the budget for the City. We hope the Transparency Portal improves your access to information, as well as your knowledge enhancing public discussion. We welcome the opportunity to partner with you.
To mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on Irvine’s small businesses (with 25 or fewer employees), the City of Irvine has committed its allocation of approximately $5,000,000 in one-time federal CARES Act funding to create a small business support program. The application is now open through June 30.
