Irvine Affordable Housing Guide

New affordable apartment homes are available at Volar Phase I located at 1100 Volar, Irvine. A total of 25 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with eligibility in the Very Low (50% AMI) and Moderate (120% AMI) Income Programs will be available.

Interest list applications are available starting October 24, 2025, through December 29, 2025. Interest list will be available online at volarirvine.com/affordablehousing.

For interested parties that do not have access to a computer, they can call 858-200-2245 to be added to the interest list.
