The City of Irvine is hosting two Memorial Day events to pay tribute to America’s fallen: the Northwood Memorial Candle Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, May 29, and the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park on Monday, May 30.
The City of Irvine is proud to support HomeAid Orange County’s goal of collecting 1 million essential items for babies and toddlers. Now through June 9, donate new, unopened packages of diapers, baby wipes, and baby food to support families with toddlers and babies experiencing homelessness.
UCI Health and the City of Irvine are partnering for a series of blood drives which will be held at Great Park monthly through September. UCI Health Blood Drives will take place by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Great Park Parking Lot 2. The next blood drive will take place June 22.
The City of Irvine invites the community to its inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Celebration. The free event will take place Sunday, June 19, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Great Park Palm Court.
The Summer 2022 concert season at FivePoint Amphitheater kicks off later this month. In preparation for the season, Live Nation, the venue operator, has made significant investments in the amphitheater to reduce noise levels in the community.
