May 24, 2023 GPU COMMUNITY WORKSHOP PRESENTATION -Virtual GPU Land Use and Circulation Open House Summary On May 24 and 25, 2023, the GPU team held a virtual and in-person land use and circulation workshop for the project. Attendees were asked to participate in three engagement activities about what they love most about their community, their ideal neighborhood, and design preferences for residential, retail, streets, and pocket parks. The responses showed there is a preference for affordable and walkable communities with nearby, smaller scale, neighborhood serving retail and business services.
