This system allows you to schedule a video conferencing appointment with an Irvine Police Department employee using Microsoft Teams. Appointments can be scheduled between 24 hours and 7 days in advance.
The following crimes are reportable using video conferencing:
- Identity Theft
- Petty and Grand Theft
- Bike Theft (Not from open garages)
- Fraud
Please confirm the following to ensure this tool is right for you:
- This is not an emergency
- This incident occurred within the City of Irvine
- You do not have suspect information
Video reporting is not intended to take the place of delivering police services in person. If you wish to file a report in person, please contact the Irvine Police Department at 949-724-7000.
You can use Microsoft Teams with your Mobile device (Android or iOS) or from your desktop or laptop computer. If you plan to join from a mobile device please download Microsoft Teams from the App Store or Google Play Store before your scheduled appointment time to avoid delay.
