Support Groups

Support groups are designed to help you deal with physical, emotional, and/or care-giving demands that may overtax your coping abilities. Caregiver for Persons with Dementia

Gather in a safe place to share your feelings and experiences with others who care for a loved one with dementia. Co-sponsored by Alzheimer’s Orange County. More info: 949-262-1123.

Compassionate Friends

A group that provides friendship, understanding, and hope for people who have lost a child at any age. More info: 714-504-7042 or compassionatefriends.org.

Gain peer support and learn about healthy lifestyle habits to help you in your diabetes management. For individuals and their support persons with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.

Loss of A Spouse Support Group

The Loss of a Spouse Support Group allows you to share your grief in a safe and supportive environment. It provides support and insight while you cope with your loss.
