Cooking the Easy Way

Begin each week learning to cook a variety of delicious foods. Then, enjoy a lecture on topics including food preparation and storage, how to read labels, kitchen organization, healthy meal planning, and much more. Crochet-teers

If you are interested in crocheting, the Crochet-teers group is for you. Bring projects to work on in a fun, social atmosphere. You will learn basic terminology and introductory stitches. Improve your skills with help from volunteer instructors, and create masterpieces to take home or donate to a charitable cause. Participants must bring their own supplies.

Floral Design

Quilt Instruction

Learn the art of quilt making and create your own beautiful handcrafted quilt. Dance Instruction

Course will strengthen and bring flexibility to the body. By focusing on classic technique, each participant will be led through a series of warm up exercises that build upon one another.

Harmonica Ensemble

Improve  concentration, decrease stress  and strengthen your lungs while practicing  the  harmonica. Level I is open to players who can read harmonica notes (numbered musical notations, not Staves) and are good at harmonica scales.
Level II is for advanced players who know how to play bass accompaniment.

Harmonica Instruction

Playing the harmonica has many benefits such as exercising the brain and increasing lung capacity. Learn the basic skills to play and read notes. Better Strength & Stability

Increase overall body strength and flexibility to help improve alignment, range of motion, and stability. This class will incorporate simple stretches and balance drills that will decrease your fear of falling. Participants must be able to walk 200 feet independently.

Bollywood Dance Fitness

Have fun and get your heart pumping in this low-impact, easy-to-follow dance exercise class. Circuit Training

Are you looking for a highly effective and efficient workout? Circuit training is designed to provide a total body strengthening while also improving cardiovascular health. Through quick, high-intensity intervals, key upper and lower body muscles will be strengthened and brief rest periods will allow for re-energizing. All fitness levels welcome. Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a group exercise class that uses intentional laughing and breathing exercises to help improve health. Longevity Stick

Raise your spirits! Learn a series of 12 movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, and breathing capacity. All movements are simple and done standing.
