Friends of Outreach

Friends of Outreach is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3, all volunteer, Irvine based organization that helps support the City of Irvine senior outreach programs. The organization conducts service projects, fund-raising programs and weekly social activities at Lakeview Senior Center.  Activities are open to all, community members are encouraged to join, participate and make friends while serving a worthy cause. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation or want to know more about the organization, please  contact Pat Hendee.

Social Activities 

International Crafters

Do you crochet, knit or want to learn?  Bring your skills to the group.  Crafters create scarves, blankets, hats, and other handcrafted items.  All items are available for sale with proceeds donated to support of senior programs.

     1–4 p.m. (Sewing)

Fundraiser for programs serving Irvine seniors.

     Tuesdays, 1–3 p.m.
     Buy-In begins at 12:15 p.m.
     $8 for ten games

Are you looking for a unique gift?  Stop by the International Crafters Cart to purchase handmade items such as scarves, blankets, hats, and much more!  All proceeds support the Friends of Outreach and support of senior programs.

Restaurant Fundraisers

Following each general meeting, Friends of Outreach will host a fundraiser at a local restaurant. A percentage of your food purchase will go back to support Friends of Outreach.
