The Irvine Animal Care Center hosts two large adoption events throughout the year, as well as various donation drives and smaller activities to support animals in need.
PHOTO FUNDRAISER
August 2024. The Irvine Animal Care Center will seek photo entries for its annual Photo Fundraiser. All eligible photos with a minimum of five votes by the end of the contest will be guaranteed inclusion in the 2025 Irvine Animal Care Center wall calendar. Each entrant will receive a print calendar. Visit the Photo Fundraiser page in July 2024 for more information.
CLEAR THE SHELTERS
August–September 2024. The Irvine Animal Care Center has joined the 10th annual Clear the Shelters adoption event in partnership with the NBC and Telemundo Stations to help animals in need find forever homes. To make the adoption process easier, adoption fees are only $20 for all cats, kittens, puppies*, and dogs. Plus, adoption fees are waived for all small animals. Clear the Shelters is August 10 through September 9. COMEDY UNLEASHED
September 2024. Support animals in need while enjoying a comedic night out on the town at the eighth annual Comedy Unleashed fundraiser at the Irvine Improv. Guests will be treated to dinner and a show with all proceeds benefitting special programs at the Irvine Animal Care Center. Comedy Unleashed is open to adults 18 and older only. IACC WALL CALENDAR FUNDRAISER
September–October 2024.The 2025 Irvine Animal Care Center wall calendar will be available for online ordering from September 1 through October 15. Calendars will only be sold online. Support the center with your calendar purchase at just $20 and includes shipping. Calendars will be mailed out in November. Proceeds from calendar sales go toward shelter and care for animals in need. Visit the center's Programs web page to learn more about how we provide top-tier care for pets. HOLIDAY DONATION DRIVE
November–December 2024. Your support empowers the Irvine Animal Care Center to provide care to animals that have been injured or neglected and are in need of extensive medical treatment to become healthy and adoptable. Examples include orthopedic surgery, dental surgery, advanced dermatology treatment, detox treatment for animals exposed to illicit drugs, eye surgery, heart surgery, internal medicine procedures, and more. Every gift, no matter the size, enables the Irvine Animal Care Center to continue its life-saving work.
