Quail Hill Trail Loop Closed 09/16/2019

As a result of the Fossil Fire that occurred adjacent to Quail Hill on Sunday, September 15, the Quail Hill Loop Trail will be closed for repairs for approximately three weeks. 

Safety Community Task Force 2020 09/11/2019

At its September 10 meeting, the City Council voted to establish a Safe Community Task Force 2020 for a period of six months, with the goal to ensure Irvine remains a safe place for our residents and visitors. This Task Force will be comprised of 12 members with Mayor Shea and Councilmember Carroll.

City of Irvine Disability Services Finds New Home at Sweet Shade Ability Center

The City’s Disability Services program has a new home, following renovations at Sweet Shade Ability Center in Sweet Shade Neighborhood Park. The community is invited to join a free open house on Thursday, September 19 from 3 to 5 p.m. 

9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at OCFA 09/09/2019

On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is commemorating the 18th anniversary of the attacks of 9/11. Marking this important anniversary, OCFA will host the annual Remembrance Ceremony to honor the 2,977 men, women and children who lost their lives.
