The IBC is one of the most dynamic, fast-paced, and thriving areas within the City, and is comprised of a mixed-use residential, commercial, retail, and industrial districts. 

The City is launching an IBC Trails Feasibility Study and Implementation Plan to explore opportunities for development multi-use trails or linear parks that provide connections to all of these destinations and enhance our new residential community.  The multi-use trails would be designed to prioritize and improve accessibility, mobility, and safety for bicyclists, pedestrians, and other users of non-motorized travel by creating pathways independent from the existing street network.
