Stay-At-Home Order Extended for Southern California Region 12/29/2020

The Regional Stay-at-Home Order was extended for the Southern California Region, including Orange County and Irvine, on January 12, 2021 due to our lack of ICU capacity, which remains below 15%. The ICU capacity will be assessed on a weekly basis.

Irvine City Council Unanimously Approves Filing of an Amicus Brief 12/21/2020

At its special meeting on Monday, Dec. 21, the Irvine City Council unanimously voted to file an amicus brief in response to a Dec. 11, 2020 court order that requires an early release of up to 50 percent of the inmates currently held in Orange County jails.
