Dispose your unwanted electronic and other household hazardous waste materials at the Irvine Regional Household Hazardous Waste Center. Holiday Tree Recycling

Waste Management will collect and recycle Christmas trees, starting on January 2, for three consecutive weeks at no additional charge. Trees will be collected at the curb and picked up by special flatbed trucks, or you may cut your tree and place the pieces in your green waste cart. Environmental Programs

Governor Issues Limited Stay at Home Order Beginning November 21 11/19/2020

Gov. Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) announced a limited Stay at Home Order requiring generally that non-essential work, movement and gatherings stop between 10 PM and 5 AM in counties in the purple tier beginning Saturday, November 21. 

Thanksgiving Meals for Seniors and Veterans 11/19/2020

The City of Irvine is hosting a Thanksgiving meal distribution to serve seniors, veterans, and their families. The meals will be provided by Orange County Third District Supervisor Donald P. Wagner, to support families who may be experiencing food insecurity as a result of COVID-19.

Honoring Irvine’s COVID-19 Victims 04/06/2021

The City of Irvine seeks to honor and remember its residents who have died from COVID-19 by establishing a memorial web page and video tribute.
