Irvine Child Care Project Board Information

The Irvine Child Care Project Board is comprised of two members appointed by the governing board of each of the parties to the Joint Powers Agreement, and one community member interested in child care appointed by the remaining board members:

  • Cyril Yu, President (School Board Member, Irvine Unified School District)
  • Alan Battenfield, Vice President (Staff, Irvine Unified School District)
  • Stephanie Bynon, Clerk (Appointed Member-At-Large)
  • Tammy Kim, Board Member (Councilmember, City of Irvine)
  • Sandra Salcedo, Board Member (Staff, City of Irvine)

The Irvine Child Care Project Board meets as scheduled at 8:30 a.m. in Room L-102 of the Irvine Civic Center.

Irvine Child Care Project Board Meetings

The City is pleased to announce that the regular Irvine Child Care Project (ICCP) Board meetings will be available in-person in room B203 at Irvine City Hall or live stream through Zoom, as well as a dial-in conference call line. In an effort to enhance community engagement, community members may submit comments via email to ICCP@cityofirvine.org on upcoming agenda items, or community members may provide live public comments in-person or via Zoom during ICCP Board meetings.

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMMENT

Public comments can be made prior to or during the ICCP meeting via email to ICCP@cityofirvine.org or can be made live during the meeting. Instructions for providing live public comments will be provided at the beginning of the meeting.
