How Does it Work?
Step One: Sign Up
Sign up by April 15 at the front desk of the Lakeview or Rancho senior centers or Trabuco Center to receive your first Challenge Card, which will keep track of the workouts and fitness classes you participate in. Space is limited and registration is required.
Step Two: Complete Challenge Cards
From April 18–June 10, get your card stamped after every workout or fitness class you attend at one of the City's three senior centers. After you fill up a Challenge Card, go to the front desk of any senior center to receive additional cards. Complete as many cards as you can by June 10. (Participants are encouraged to consult their physician before altering their fitness routine.)
Step Three: Attend the Fitness Challenge Social
On Friday, June 17, 2–3:30 p.m. at the Trabuco Center, attend the Fitness Challenge Social. Guests will hear a motivational presentation, enjoy light refreshments, and socialize with other participants. You will also turn in your completed Challenge Cards to be entered into a drawing. The more completed cards you have, the more chances to win!
