Programs

The City of Irvine offers a variety of classes at Turtle Rock Community Center, including kids dance, educational, arts, cooking, and sports classes; adult fitness programs including jazzercise; and tennis lessons for all ages. Available Facility Reservations

Multipurpose Room

Turtle Rock Community Center's multipurpose room is 2,835 square feet with wood flooring. The multipurpose room can accommodate banquet seating with 60-inch and 72-inch round tables, classroom-style seating with 8-foot conference tables, or theater seating. The room capacity ranges from 150 to 230 attendees, depending on setup.


 

Kitchen

Turtle Rock Community Center's kitchen can be reserved along with a multipurpose room reservation with add-on fee. No cooking of food is permitted. Prepared or catered food may be kept warm or cold by utilizing the kitchen amenities, which include a microwave, two large ovens, a refrigerator, a standalone freezer, a stove, and a sink. No barbecuing permitted.



Meeting Room

Turtle Rock Community Center's meeting room is 735 square feet with carpeted flooring that can accommodate theater-style seating, banquet seating, or classroom-style seating with 8-foot conference tables. The room capacity ranges from 20 to 30 attendees, depending on setup.


Craft Room 

Turtle Rock Community Center's craft room is 1,384 square feet with linoleum flooring that can accommodate theater-style seating, banquet seating, or classroom-style seating with 8-foot conference tables. The room capacity is 40 to 70 attendees, depending on setup.


Picnic Shelter

Turtle Rock Community Center’s picnic shelter includes 22 stainless steel picnic tables and six barbecues. The picnic shelter capacity is 200 people maximum, with seating for 150 attendees.

Reservation Fees & Hours

Turtle Rock Community Center's rooms are available for rent; hourly rates vary by room, group, and event type (see the Reservation Policy for more details). *A $20 additional hourly fee will be charged for reservations of premium rooms during primetime hours. Primetime hours are 5–9 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.–10 p.m. Saturday, and noon–6 p.m. Sunday. Find more information on reservation hours and primetime fees here.

Please note: The above fees apply to room rental only. Events including alcohol will incur additional fees. Other needed services, such as security, porter service, or equipment rentals, are available with additional fees.
