Los Olivos Community Center

Please note: Reservations are not available for the picnic tables throughout the park area; they are available on a first-come, first-served basis for groups of 49 or fewer. Alcohol and vendors (e.g., caterers or entertainers) are not permitted.

Programs

Available Facility Reservations

MULTIPURPOSE ROOM

Los Olivos Community Center’s 2,954-square-foot multipurpose room can be rented as a whole or split into two separate rooms. The room features a carpeted floor and accommodates theater-style seating, banquet seating, and classroom-style seating. The multipurpose room includes access to a warming kitchen, which is available for an add-on fee. The maximum room capacity ranges from 72 to 198 attendees, depending on setup.



 

KITCHEN

Los Olivos Community Center's warming kitchen is available only with a multipurpose room reservation for an add-on fee. No cooking of food is permitted. Prepared or catered food may be kept warm or cold by utilizing the kitchen amenities, which include a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a stove, and a sink. No barbecuing permitted. 

 

PATIO

Los Olivos Community Center's patio space is on the backside of the center, and is available to rent for an add-on fee in connection with a reservation of the multipurpose room. Rental applicant must provide their own tables and chairs for outdoor use. 



 

 

Policies & Fees

The City of Irvine Community Services Reservation Policy is established to ensure that the use of City facilities and parks aligns with City values, provides fair access to all users, remains fair priced, operates in a fiscally responsible manner, and supports a safe and sustainable community.

The Community Facilities Reservation Policy and Community Facility Fees will detail the category rates and permit hours for each site, and identify additional fees for events requiring alcohol service, filming, or equipment rentals.
