Programs

The City of Irvine offers a variety of classes at Las Lomas Community Center, including junior tennis lessons, youth STEM courses, children's basketball clinics, and adult soccer leagues. For all programs and activities currently at Las Lomas Community Center, visit yourirvine.org.

Available Facility Reservations

Multipurpose Room

Las Lomas Community Center's multipurpose room is 2,000 square feet with carpeted flooring. The multipurpose room can accommodate banquet seating with 60-inch round tables, classroom-style seating with 6-foot conference tables, or theater seating. The room capacity ranges from 80 to 115 attendees, depending on setup.

Kitchen

Las Lomas Community Center's kitchen is available only with a multipurpose room reservation with an add-on fee. No cooking of food is permitted. Prepared or catered food may be kept warm or cold by utilizing the kitchen amenities, which include a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a stove, and a sink. No barbecuing permitted. 

Craft Room

Las Lomas Community Center's craft room is 800 square feet with polished concrete flooring than can accommodate theater-style seating, banquet seating, or classroom-style seating with 6-foot conference tables. The room capacity is 24 to 60 attendees, depending on setup.

Picnic Shelter #1 & #2

Las Lomas Community Center offers two picnic shelters that each include four tables and two barbecues. Shelter #1 is located closest to the playground; Shelter #2 is located closest to the soccer field. Each shelter has a capacity of 75 attendees.  Drop-in use is available on a first-come, first-served basis for groups of 49 or fewer patrons. Organized groups of 50 or more patrons must obtain a reservation permit.

The City of Irvine Community Services Reservation Policy is established to ensure that the use of City facilities and parks aligns with City values, provides fair access to all users, remains fair priced, operates in a fiscally responsible manner, and supports a safe and sustainable community.

The Community Facilities Reservation Policy and Community Facility Fees will detail the category rates and permit hours for each site, and identify additional fees for events requiring alcohol service, filming, or equipment rentals.
