Recreation Swim

Please note: By emergency order, the City of Irvine has postponed all adult recreation classes and all evening and weekend youth recreation classes until further notice. If you are registered for a class affected by these measures, you will receive a full credit to your account as soon as possible. For classes that have already started, a prorated credit will be applied. If you have questions about a specific class, please email or call 949-724-6610.

This preventative measure is in response to mitigating the spread of COVID-19. The Irvine City Council and City staff offer our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Learn more at the City Facility Updates webpage.

Recreational swimming is open to all ages. Children 5 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult, one-on-one, in the water at all times. All participants that would like to explore the deep end, use the water slide, diving pool and diving boards will need to pass a swim test. Please inquire at the lobby for more information about the swim test. Cost is $4 per adult and $2 per child.

Recreational swim is currently canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For more information on the City's latest measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, visit
