As consideration for being allowed to participate in CicloIrvine, all participants are deemed to have released from liability and waived any right to sue its organizers, their employees, officers, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss suffered as a result of participating in CicloIrvine.
Parking
Free parking for CicloIrvine will be available at:
- UC Irvine Social Sciences Parking Structure, 4502 Campus Drive
- UC Irvine Parking Lot 1, adjacent to the parking structure
- University High School
Due to access restrictions from Campus Drive, vehicles will be routed through the interior of campus. Signage and staff will be on-site to assist with navigation.

Businesses can become a part of the event by joining CicloIrvine as an event sponsor or offering specials to visitors the day of the event.
CicloIrvine will highlight the City’s commitment to community engagement, sustainability, and environmentally conscious travel, with 1.4 miles of City streets closed to cars and open for people to stroll, bike, and roll. Attendees will experience Irvine’s public spaces and local businesses in a new and reimagined way, with live music, art, and engaging activities for all on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The annual High School Art Exhibition at City Hall spotlights the City’s young artists and future creatives. The exhibition features a curated selection of artworks ranging from photography, drawing, painting, ceramics, and mixed media pieces that span a diversity of themes and styles.
