Irvine, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) is conducting a death investigation at a residence.

On August 24, 2016, shortly after 12:20 p.m., IPD officers responded to a call of two individuals down inside a residence on Hexham in the Turtle Rock Community with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.  When IPD officers arrived they located two adult individuals, a male and female, deceased.

The investigation is ongoing and the identities of the deceased individuals will not be released until the Coroner’s office is able to contact next of kin.  At this time, there is no indication of an outstanding suspect or danger to the surrounding community.
