Let’s Talk Organics!

Residents of Irvine are invited to learn more about organic waste recycling. This town hall will be used to discuss key points of the legislation (SB 1383) and share tips and best practices for effective participation.

Please join Waste Management (WM) for the town hall Thursday, August 24, at Quail Hill Community Center at 6 p.m.

Items of discussion will include:

  • SB 1383 legislation overview
  • What organic material can be recycled
  • How to separate food waste from scraps 
  • Q&A session
