Medicare is our country's health insurance program for people age 65 or older. Certain people younger than age 65 can qualify for Medicare too, including those with disabilities and those who have permanent kidney failure.

Mental Health Support

CalHope Crisis Counseling

CalMHSA helps fund, develop, and implement mental health services at the state, regional, and local levels. We are delivering crisis counseling support for Californians impacted by COVID-19, with funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). CalMHSA is part of the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program run by the California Department of Health Care Services, in response to the COVID-19 emergency.
