Job Opportunities at the Pool

Can you swim 300 yards and tread water? Are you looking for a year-round or summer job where you can help others? You could have what it takes to be a municipal lifeguard. Lifeguard training will be provided to applicants who successfully complete the interview process and a water skills test. Upon successful completion of the Lifeguard Training course, applicants will join the City of Irvine’s Aquatics team.

The City of Irvine will have job openings for the following positions:

Lifeguard: $13.00- $15.36 per hour
Swim Instructor/Lifeguard: $14.63- $17.29 per hour
