Induction Cooking Working Shop and Demonstration
The City of Irvine hosts an annual Induction Cooking Workshop and Demonstration to show Irvine residents how easy this efficient technology is to use and to prove that delicious food can be made from a non-flame cooking process. Induction cooking is beneficial because it is better for indoor air quality, increased kitchen safety, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, precise cooking temperatures and techniques, is easy to clean, and is very efficient. Keep an eye out for this annual event because residents love it for the good food, fun energy, educational pieces, and interactive nature!
