New Features: e-Comment and Live Stream for Online Meeting Participation
The City is pleased to announce that the regular Community Services Commission meeting on January 20, 2021, will be available through Webex, as well as a dial in conference call line. In an effort to enhance community engagement, e-Comment, a new web-based feature, is now available. e-Comment allows community members to submit comments on upcoming agenda items, as well as throughout a Community Services Commission meeting.
HOW TO SUBMIT A COMMENT:
To submit an e-comment on an upcoming meeting agenda prior to commencement of the meeting, click here and select the respective agenda item.
To submit an e-comment on an upcoming meeting agenda during the meeting, click here and select the respective agenda item.

YOU MAY SUBMIT COMMENTS ON ANY AGENDA ITEM OR ON ANY ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA, IN WRITING VIA MAIL TO "ATTN: COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION," ONE CIVIC CENTER PLAZA, IRVINE, CA 92606; BY EMAIL TO CS@CITYOFIRVINE.ORG; OR THROUGH E-COMMENT. E-COMMENTS FOR AGENDA ITEMS WILL BE READ INTO THE RECORD AT THE TIME DETERMINED BY THE CHAIRPERSON.
