iShuttle

The iShuttle, operated and managed by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), serves residents, employees and employers in the Irvine Spectrum Area and the Irvine Business Complex (IBC) by taking commuters and residents to and from work and home.

  • Routes 400A and 401B - For Tustin Station to Irvine Business Complex routes.
  • Route 403D - For Irvine Station to Spectrum area routes.

NEW Irvine CONNECT Shuttle Service Set to Begin April 1

Irvine CONNECT provides free shuttle service for community members – making it easier than ever to get around the City of Irvine. Beginning April 1, ride on the Irvine CONNECT shuttle service to travel between the northern end of Irvine to Irvine Station, with stops at parks, schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. 

Hours: 
6 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays
8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekends

No charge to residents and visitors. 

Key Destinations:

  • Sierra Vista and Lakeside middle schools
  • Irvine and Woodbridge high schools
  • Lakeview Senior Center
  • Northwood and Heritage community parks
  • Kaiser Permanente and Hoag hospitals
  • Northwood Town Center
  • Retail centers on Alton Parkway and Barranca Parkway
  • Irvine Spectrum Center
  • Irvine Station

ACCESS Service

ACCESS is OCTA's shared-ride service for people who are unable to use the regular, fixed-route bus service because of functional limitations caused by a disability. These passengers must be certified by OCTA to use the ACCESS system by meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) eligibility criteria.  For more information go here: Orange County Transportation Authority

Metrolink is a commuter rail system throughout Southern California linking communities to employment and activity centers. It provides reliable transportation and mobility for the entire region while creating less congested roadways and more livable communities.

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is a multi-modal transportation agency serving Orange County and is Irvine’s largest public transportation provider. OCTA operates local and express service within Orange County and express service to Los Angeles and Riverside counties.  With routes traveling in and through the IBC and connecting service to public transportation throughout Southern California, OCTA can help get you where you need to go.

  • 86 - Weekends: 65 minutes / Weekends: No Service
