City of Irvine outdoor park spaces remain open for passive use, and visitors must practice social distancing, following federal guidelines to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). COVID-19 is spread through close person-to-person contact, and the Centers for Disease Control warns that some spread might be possible before people show symptoms.
