Effective November 15, 2023, all production of asphalt at the All American Asphalt plant has ceased. The sale of All American Asphalt will close in early 2024, and the City of Irvine will take ownership of the plant and property.

The City of Irvine has been closely monitoring details related to the Tustin Hangar Fire, maintaining close communication with local agency partners. No health risks or impacts have been identified for Irvine at this time. The City deployed testing measures and will continue through Wednesday.
