IN-PERSON AND ZOOM WEB-CONFERENCING FOR MEETING PARTICIPATION

Starting June 17, 2021, Planning Commission meetings will be available in-person and through Zoom web-conferencing, which will include a dial-in conference call line. Community members will be given an opportunity to give oral comments in-person, through Zoom, or the dial-in conference call line at the time the Chair designates. 

HOW TO WATCH A LIVE MEETING ON ZOOM:

Community members may observe the meeting and provide live public comments through Zoom by clicking HERE. If you wish to give a comment, please use the "raise your hand" button when the Chair designates.

Please provide your name in the Zoom application to allow staff to identify you when it is your time to speak. 

HOW TO CONNECT TO ZOOM WEB-CONFERENCE BY TELEPHONE:

Call 669-900-6833 or 346-248-7799. When prompted use the below Meeting ID and Passcode:

The Recording Secretary will identify you by the last 3 digits of your phone number when it is your time to speak.

When requested by the Recording Secretary, call-in participants can un-mute and mute their phones by pressing *6.
Call-in users can raise their hand by pressing *9, but may not lower their hand once raised.

E-COMMENT:

E-Comment, a web-based feature, is also available. E-Comment allows community members to submit comments on upcoming agenda items. 

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMMENT:

To submit an e-Comment on an upcoming meeting agenda prior to commencement of the meeting, click e-comment next to the respective agenda below. E-Comments submitted at least two hours prior to the commencement of the meeting will be distributed to the Planning Commission at the meeting.
