Irvine Meals on Wheels

Nutritious meals delivered to qualifying homebound Irvine senior residents each week. Available on a donation basis; no qualifying senior is turned away due to inability to donate. Specifically created by our registered dietitian to meet the nutritional needs of older adults, each delivery consists of three meals. Daily Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday–Friday.

  • A hot ready-to-eat meal
  • A nutritious frozen meal to heat for dinner
  • A breakfast meal to be eaten the following morning

Who Qualifies

To qualify for Meals on Wheels, you or your loved one must:

  • Be an Irvine resident 60+ years old.
  • Must be homebound because of disability, illness, or lack of mobility. This means you may have a hard time with shopping or preparing food and don't have a friend or family member around to always help.

This project is funded in part through a grant from the California Department of Aging, as allocated by the Orange County Board of Supervisors and administered by the Office on Aging. Age Well Senior Services is the contracted partner with the Orange County Office on Aging.
