Irvine Fine Arts Center to Present Art Exhibition

Structure Synthesis: Rob Brown & Melissa Manfull

Exhibition Dates: June 27 – August 8
Opening Reception: Saturday, June 27, 4-6 p.m.

IRVINE, CA (June 15, 2015): The Irvine Fine Arts Center will present the art exhibition Structure Synthesis: Rob Brown & Melissa Manfull from June 27 through August 8. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, June 27 from 4-6 p.m.

Structure Synthesis is a contemporary exhibition where two Southern California artists explore logic, mathematical patterns and structure through works on paper and panel. Rob Brown’s work is based on experimental printing processes and his interest in cognitive science, while Melissa Manfull’s vibrant and mystical compositions are influenced by science fiction, architecture and game design. Structure Synthesis showcases the artists’ unique approach to generating imagery and calls for a shift in the way we respond to visual stimuli.

Gallery admission, parking and the opening reception are free to the public. The Irvine Fine Arts Center is located at 14321 Yale Avenue, Irvine (in Heritage Community Park). For more information, visit irvinefinearts.org or call 949-724-6880.
