Irvine Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Boy

Irvine, Calif.  (June 23, 2017) – Irvine Police Department officers are searching for a 12-year-old boy who was last seen at Kaiser hospital in Irvine on Friday morning. Michael Edward Roman is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 100 pounds, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red Mike Trout/Anaheim Angels T-shirt, black shorts, black shoes with red trim, and a black Angels watch.

Michael is from Oceanside and has no friends or family in the area. Surveillance video at Kaiser, 6670 Alton Parkway, shows Michael leaving the hospital alone and heading toward Alton around 10:50 a.m. He does not have a cellphone or money in his possession, according to his family.
