The City of Irvine invites the community to its inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Celebration. The free event will take place Sunday, June 19, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Great Park Palm Court.
UCI Health and the City of Irvine are partnering for a series of blood drives which will be held at Great Park. Appointments are suggested but not required, and walk-in's will be accepted. Blood drive will take place noon to 6 p.m. near the Great Park Visitors Center September 29.
The City of Irvine is hosting two Memorial Day events to pay tribute to America’s fallen: the Northwood Memorial Candle Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, May 29, and the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park on Monday, May 30.
The Summer 2022 concert season at FivePoint Amphitheater is underway. Live Nation, the venue operator, has made significant investments in the amphitheater to reduce noise levels in the community.

The City of Irvine invites the community to the inaugural Pride in Irvine event Sunday, May 22, 9–10:30 a.m., at the Irvine Civic Center Piazza. The gathering will feature the raising of the Progress Flag in front of City Hall in honor of Harvey Milk Day, and in preparation for June Pride Month.
The Santa Ana Housing Authority will soon be opening a waiting list for its Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program. The Santa Ana Housing Authority issues vouchers that can be used to rent housing within the City of Santa Ana.
