Experience sights and sounds from around the world at the 16th annual Irvine Global Village Festival. This daylong event features more than 100 musical, dance and demonstration performances; international cuisine; a Kids Village with crafts and activities; cultural and religious exhibits; and an international marketplace.

Grab your swimsuit, floatie and family, and come on down to the pool for a movie. Swim and float in the pool while Moana plays on the big screen.

Recreation swim fee is $2 per child and $4 per adult. Pay at the pool.

Kick off summer in the pool with the Irvine Super Swim Lesson. Adults and children of all swimming abilities are invited to participate in Irvine’s largest group swim lesson in an effort to raise awareness for drowning prevention. Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to sign up for the free, on-site lesson starting at 6 p.m., then stay for recreation swim that includes a water slide, giant inflatable slide and diving boards. At dusk stay and watch the movie "Sing" play on the big screen. Lifeguards will be on duty.
