Fair Housing Workshop to be Held May 4 at City Hall

The Fair Housing Foundation will hold a free Fair Housing Workshop at Irvine City Hall, Room L-102, Wednesday, May 4, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The workshop will provide information on a variety of topics including:

  • Federal and State Fair Housing Laws.
  • Housing Discrimination.
  • Modifications and Accommodation.
  • Rental Application Process.
  • General Guidelines.
  • Families with Children.
  • Notices.
  • Evictions Process.
  • Security Deposits.
  • Habitability & Repairs.
  • Rent Increases.
  • Occupancy Standards.
