As the University Drive Widening project continues, traffic modifications will be made during the week of March 9, weather permitting, to accommodate construction development. Modifications include reducing traffic to one lane in each direction, between Campus Drive and MacArthur Boulevard, for an approximate duration of three months. Traffic control signage will be placed in advance of the work zones. Construction is scheduled to be completed Summer 2020.
The City of Irvine will closely monitor traffic, making adjustments as needed to maintain the flow of traffic. For questions regarding this project contact 949-724-6676.
