Irvine, CA – The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has arrested a man for trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. Todd Marvin Marinovich, 47, of Irvine was arrested by IPD officers after receiving a suspicious subject call.

On August 19, 2016, at approximately 9:20 p.m., IPD officers responded to a report of a naked man – now identified as Marinovich – crouching in the bushes near Venta Spur Trail. IPD officers searched the area and ultimately located Marinovich naked hiding in the backyard of a residence off of Bluecoat. IPD officers also located a bag belonging to Marinovich containing suspected narcotics and paraphernalia.

Marinovich was cited and released at the Irvine Police Department.
