City Serves Community During COVID-19 Pandemic

Wednesday, July 28, 2021

The City of Irvine has continued to serve our community throughout all stages of the pandemic. Just as COVID-19 cases have changed over time, our staff have adjusted services to ensure needs are met within the community surrounding vaccine and testing resources, meals, volunteer services, virtual offerings, and assistance funding.

Over 13,000 vaccines and over 40,000 COVID-19 tests have been administered and conducted in Irvine. Additionally, the City has held nearly 25 food drive and distribution events and offered hundreds of virtual programs to keep our community connected during the pandemic.
