The Small Business Grant Relief Program will support small businesses and community organizations impacted by COVID-19 in Orange County Supervisorial District Five. Grants of up to $10,000 will be available to eligible small businesses and non-profits within the district.

Supervisor Lisa Bartlett serves as Fifth District Supervisor for the County of Orange representing the 650,000 residents in south Orange County.

The Fifth District encompasses the cities of Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, portions of Irvine, as well as the unincorporated areas of Coto de Caza, Emerald Bay, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, Rancho Mission Viejo, Stonecliffe and Wagon Wheel.

Grant Selection: The randomized selection will be broken down by city, within the Fifth Supervisorial district, with one allocation to account for the portions of Irvine and unincorporated communities.  The total value of grant awards will be based on the percentage of population of each city/unincorporated area. Grant disbursements will be based on an 80% for-profit and 20% non-profit basis.
