Preserving the Season: Figs & Grapes

It's crafty, sustainable, delicious, and fun. UC Master Food Preserver chefs will demonstrate how to preserve what you harvest or purchase. 

On September 19, learn to take make figs and grapes into into jams and jellies, as well as the dried dehydration process. Event is free, but registration is recommended at (registration opens August 22). Ages 16+.
