Thank you for your interest in reserving a City amenity. It is recommended that you review the information listed on the Fee Policy page.

Applications vary depending on the amenity reserving.

Public Facility Applications

Applicants looking to reserve public City facilities are now able to submit reservation requests online. Please complete the Public Facility Reservation Application & Request below. City staff will review your request, check room availability, and respond within 3 business days during regular hours. City of Irvine Facility Reservation offices are open 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursdays, and 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on Fridays. For questions, contact 949-724-6620 or reservations@cityofirvine.org.
