AB Abandonment

The following items are required to be completed prior to acceptance by the City for processing:

You must have your assessor's parcel number

  1. Cover letter stating purpose of request. *
  2. Completed application form.
    Engineering Permit Application Form
  3. Two (2) copies of legal description and exhibit map. *
  4. Plan check fee is required upon submittal. (See Fee Schedule)
  5. Two (2) copies of title report and back-up documents.*

All materials shall be submitted in a complete and final form. No partial or incomplete submittals will be accepted without prior approval by the City Engineer.

* In lieu of paper, one (1) copy may be submitted in PDF format on a CD.
