The following public recognition areas are located at Colonel Bill Barber Marine Corps Memorial Park, 4 Civic Center Plaza. The park is adjacent to the Irvine Civic Center.

A. Wall of Recognition (City Council Honorees)

Location: The Wall of Recognition is located across from the ball field closest to the tennis courts, below the Flag Monument at the north end of the Park.

B. Military Memorial

Location: The Military Memorial is located at the park's Flag Monument, on the hill near the center of the park.

C. Resident Appreciation

Location: Plaques are located on seat walls surrounding several of the park's large trees and seating behind ball field back stops.
