Supplier Registration and Bid Opportunities

Welcome to the City of Irvine Online Bidding System powered by BidsOnline™

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Irvine. We are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our purchasing and contracting activities.

Invitations for Bids (IFBs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for a variety of contract requirements are posted on the BidsOnline™ system for viewing and downloading. It is the responsibility of each potential bidder/proposer to visit the City's website to check for new IFB and RFP opportunities. (The City is not responsible and accepts no liability in the event a firm is not sent a notification of a new IFB or RFP document.) It is also the bidder's/proposer's responsibility to ensure that the most current version of the solicitation, including any addenda, has been downloaded. Bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete.

All responses are due at or before the time shown on each solicitation. Late responses will not be accepted. The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption.

Registered firms are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information, and may edit their profile at anytime.

To begin the process, please visit the BidsOnline system where you can register as a bidder online, search for bid requests, download bid documents, bid electronically (where applicable), and more!

We have made every effort to make all aspects of the vendor registration and bidding process as easy, secure, and reliable as possible. However, if you need help or have questions concerning the features available to our bidders using the BidsOnline system, please click here for online assistance.
