Join the Irvine Multicultural Association (IMA) on Wednesday, November 14 from 6-9 p.m. at the Irvine Civic Center for a special screening of an acclaimed foreign road movie, with English subtitles, that is both heavy on laughs and tears.
Featuring the comedic talents of Cem Yilmaz and winner of the Ankara Film Festival’s Most Promising Actor award, Tuna Orhan, this Turkish road movie is filled with plenty of laughs and tears.
Admission is free and the public is welcome to attend. A brief discussion of the film will follow. Light refreshments will be served prior to viewing. Seating is limited.
The IMA is a non-profit public benefit membership corporation designed to improve harmony and understanding between the many cultural and ethnic groups that call Irvine home.
