As of Monday, the Philippine government estimated that 9.5 million people have been affected, with more than 600,000 displaced from their homes. More than 10,000 are feared dead.

The City of Irvine believes we can all make a difference, one person at a time, which is why we are committed to informing residents about how they can help victims of natural and other disasters.
Irvine Gives is a comprehensive online resource to help locate giving opportunities for local programs or to provide support to those affected by tragic events outside of town such as the Oklahoma tornados, Boston bombing and plant explosion in Texas.
