Irvine Fine Arts Center Presents All Media 2017 Exhibition

The Irvine Fine Arts Center announces the opening of its latest exhibition, All Media 2017, a juried show featuring the work of Southern California artists. An opening reception is 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, with award presentations beginning at 4:45 p.m. The exhibition runs through Saturday, Oct. 28.

Juried by esteemed multidisciplinary artist Kim Abeles, the exhibition features painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, ceramics, video, installation and more. Admission and parking are free. Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. 

Complementing the exhibition is an artist talk on Saturday, Sept. 23, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Irvine Fine Arts Center. Exhibition juror Kim Abeles will discuss her artistic practice, career, and her experience of being a working artist. Admission is free.
