Irvine Police Seek Suspect in Armed Robbery at Gas Station

Irvine, Calif. (Dec. 10, 2017) – The Irvine Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in the robbery earlier today of a Shell gas station at Trabuco Road and Culver Drive.

On Sunday at approximately 9:30 a.m., the suspect entered the station, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the attendant, who handed over approximately $300 in cash.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 23 to 28 years old, small build, wearing a burgundy jacket. He fled in a small black vehicle, heading toward I-5.
